Case Study

Sonoma House : Residential Remodel

One of our biggest projects to date, this residential remodel design plan included not only the 5000sqft floor plan but a pool house, and separate 2-car garage. The client is a minimalist and wanted a clean look for the design and style of the house as well as a uniform color scheme to tie in the surrounding buildings. The windows are flush on the interior of the house which makes for a deep exterior window well that is accented with stone facade. There is a lack of visible downspouts to keep the design sharp and uninterrupted while still having rainwater from the gutters redirected from the roof. The backyard features a jaw dropping view from the expansive deck area that you can access from the shaded entertaining area right outside the home. The pergola is a grand engineering feat to cover such a large area without multiple support beams interrupting your space or the view while encompassing heating and cooling elements for year-round enjoyment.
