This 2-story ADU attached to an existing residence is a guest house with all the amenities of home. Although it is nestled in the existing property, the area downstairs features high ceilings and an open space large enough to add a half-bath downstairs for guests and fit in a little laundry area/pantry as well. To make the most of the floor plan, a cabinet was added for snack or bar storage under the stairs. The second floor includes two comfortably-sized bedrooms and a full bathroom with a clean-cut, modern aesthetic.
