Montecito Ave Remodel

This full remodel involved gutting a 1940’s home that originally featured dated wood paneling and an out-of-date kitchen. Initially planned to be a vacation home, this project was transformed into a modern contemporary 2-bedroom family residence. We enhanced the design with radiant in-floor heating, a custom concrete kitchen countertop, and an additional guest suite as a separate unit. The beautiful aluminum windows are a high-end quality Blomberg brand that are the same window system we personally use for our own home.
