Evelyn’s Cottage

Another fire rebuild, on the Mark West area, the homeowners had horses and wanted to relocate them and themselves on their property as soon as possible.  They started with this lovely cottage where they lived while the main house was being rebuilt.  It is now their guest house and their daughter is living there.  This is a whole electric house and participated in the Sonoma Clean Power program to receive rebates.
