Exploring the Possibilities: Our team will sketch out a few different ideas for how to add the space. We’ll think about how you’ll move through the house and how to create a connection that feels natural, not forced.
Seeing it in 3D: This is where it gets real. We’ll create a 3D model so you can see exactly how the addition will look and feel. It helps you make smart decisions about everything from windows to the roofline.
Plans and Permits: We create the detailed construction plans that your builder will need. And don’t worry about the permit office—we handle the entire application process to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible.
